Forest Auto Care & Quick Lube

I recently had the pleasure of taking my car to Forest Auto Shop in Staten Island, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the issues with my car and the best course of action. The shop itself is clean and well-organized, giving off a sense of reliability and attention to detail. They offered a fair and transparent estimate, with no hidden fees or surprises at the end. My car was ready on time, and the repairs were done right the first time, which is always a relief. What stood out most to me was the trustworthiness of the team. It’…

I can’t recommend forest auto highly enough! After visiting multiple shops and spending countless hours trying to diagnose a persistent issue with my car, they managed to figure it out and fix it in no time. The mechanics have a rare combination of deep expertise, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for what they do. Not only did they solve a problem that no one else could, but he also took the time to explain everything to me clearly and honestly. The quality of the work and the customer service were exceptional. If you need a mechanic you can truly trust, look no further! And my inspection was done in less than 10 min

Good and fast service.

Inspection , in and out. No fuss.

I came here for an inspection and was told to wait twenty minutes by one technician. While waiting, another technician knocks on my door and just tells me to get out. I refuse at first because he honestly doesn’t look like he works there (hoodie, missing teeth, dirty pants), he didn’t introduce himself and only told me to get out of my car. Mind you I’m alone by myself so obviously when a random dude just knocks at my window I won’t open my door. Then he starts to scream at me and then told me he works for the shop and now I can hear them gossiping behind my back about the incident. Super unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend.
