Bob & Sal's Quicky Lube 2.0

No greeting at upon arrival. Which immediately made me uncomfortable. A simple welcome goes a long way in making customers feel acknowledged and willing to ask questions. A simple "hello" and “smile”would greatly improve customer service. I should have read the reviews beforehand, as several people also commented on their rudeness. I will never come here again.

Went here for an inspection. Took me in immediately and completed the job fast and easy. This was the best experience I have ever had getting an inspection. Spoke for a while with Bob at the front desk and was extremely happy with the service. 5 stars.

Got an oil change from them for $40 and a couple days later my low oil pressure light comes on. Brand new 2024 Honda. Gets towed to Honda and they said whoever did the oil change last didn’t tighten my drain plug all the way which led to oil dripping out. I’ve been here quite a few times now and they always provide outstanding service. The employees are friendly, the oil change is so quick sometimes quicker than 10 minutes, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
