I cannot say better things about all of my experiences at Pep Boys on Vertans Rd in Staten Island. Clarifies every question I have, always respectful, and always transparent. Ash has been so helpful and the reason I keep coming back.

I dropped off my car the night before I needed it looked at, and that was very helpful. Around 3pm the next day, it was fixed. I walked over, they were super pleasant, it was very affordable, and everyone there seemed great. Very good experience. Will definitely return.

The customer service is "Phenomenal", they are focused on getting you results, kind, caring and considerate. Literally an all around great place to go for service for your vehicle. Ash and the rest of the workers are polite, mannered and treat everyone with respect regardless of race, gender or age.
